Mark Lawrenson states prediction for Chelsea v West Brom

The Blues have been in excellent form in recent weeks in the Premier League and the west London side have shown a steely resilience after coming from behind to beat title rivals Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City in their last two top-flight games.
Chelsea have won their last eight Premier League victories after a return of 22 goals and six clean sheets to leave Antonio Conte’s men three points clear of second-placed Arsenal at the top of the table.
The Blues can extend their winning run to nine Premier League games if Conte’s side manage to beat an in-form West Brom outfit at Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon.
And former Liverpool defender Lawrenson is backing Chelsea to ease to victory over the Baggies.
West Brom are on a really good run and I am pleased for Baggies boss Tony Pulis that they are so high in the table – up in seventh place,” Lawrenson told BBC Sport.
“The Baggies have done it by being disciplined defensively and hard to break down but, even so, I don’t see them getting anything at Stamford Bridge.”
Chelsea finished in tenth place in the Premier League last season after a disappointing campaign under Jose Mourinho and then his replacement Guus Hiddink.
