Arsenal are expected to make just one change to the side which defeated Stoke 3-1 on Saturday when they take on Everton in the late kick-off against Everton at Goodison Park on Tuesday evening.
Hector Bellerin is expected to come back into the starting XI to replace the injured Shkodran Mustafi.
Manager Arsene Wenger is set to keep faith in the other players who contributed to the win against Stoke, which means that attacking trio Alex Iwobi, Olivier Giroud and Lucas Perez are omitted against Everton.
Bellerin, 21, was absent for seven games after picking up a knee injury during the 1-1 draw against Tottenham in November but came on as a substitute after just 25 minutes on Saturday when Mustafi was forced to go off injured.
It meant Bellerin’s return to action was perhaps a little premature but he would have expected to start ahead of Gabriel for Tuesday’s game if Mustafi had remained fit.
Instead, Gabriel is expected to line-up at centre-back alongside Laurent Koscielny, while Nacho Monreal and Bellerin take up their usual full-back positions.
Petr Cech should remain the number one, while Francis Coquelin and Granit Xhaka’s holding midfield partnership is also expected to remain unchanged.
Alex Oxlade-chamberlain was excellent against Stoke so he will likely retain his place in attack, as should Theo Walcott and Mesut Ozil.
Iwobi is likely to miss out despite scoring in the 3-1 victory against Stoke, as will Giroud probably, but Alexis Sanchez is the obvious choice at centre-forward.
