Arsenal line-up move for exciting Brazilian attacker
Arsenal are considering a move for in-form Monaco forward Gabriel Boschilia after his strong start to the new season, according to French outlet Foot Mercato.
The 20-year-old is a rising star in the Principality and has been a feature in the south coast club’s excellent showings in both Ligue 1 and the Champions League this term.Monaco signed Boschilia from Sao Paulo as a youngster and the versatile forward spent the second half of last season on loan in Belgium with Standard Liege.
This season the South American wideman has played a role in the Stade Louis II first team, predominantly being introduced by Leonardo Jardim as an impact substitute.
Boschilia has scored four league goals this season and is able to play in a number of different roles across his side’s forward line.
A former Brazil under-17 and 20 international, Juventus are also listed as a suitor of the starlet in the report.
Arsenal have a raft of attacking stars available to Arsene Wenger, but the addition of the Monaco man could well be a wildcard in the Emirates Stadium first-team squad.
